Which photos work best?
Original photos from your phone camera print beautifully. Avoid screenshots and photos saved from WhatsApp or Instagram, which are compressed. The editor warns you if a photo is too small.
Can I send it straight to the person I'm gifting?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. There's no price on the packing slip.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order in 2–4 business days, then shipped with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Shipping is always free.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free. Because each print is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
How do I hang it?
It comes with stand-off hardware: four screws through the corners, so it floats slightly off the wall. No frame needed.
